We collect sensitive personal data (including your national ID number and date of birth) only because employers in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region typically require it to process a job application — please read this policy before submitting the form.
When you submit the application form, we collect: your full name, father's, grandfather's, and family names, gender, national ID number, place and date of birth, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email address, governorate, education level, your uploaded CV file, and your cover message. We also automatically record your IP address, an approximate country derived from that IP, the page you visited, and how long you spent on the page.
This information is used solely to evaluate your application for the job posting shown on this site and to contact you if you are shortlisted. Automatically collected data (IP, country, time on page) is used only for basic security monitoring and to understand where visitors come from — it is not used for advertising.
Submitted applications are stored in a private database and are visible only to authorized site administrators managing this hiring process. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Your submission is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The admin area that stores applications is password-protected and not indexed by search engines. Uploaded CV files are stored outside of public web access and can only be downloaded by an authenticated administrator.
You may request that your application data be corrected or deleted at any time by contacting the site administrator through the contact details published on this website. Retention: application data is kept only as long as necessary to complete the hiring process for this role.
